We specialize in a wide selection of local creole and international dishes. Using only the finest locally grown fruits and vegetables. Enjoy our local fish specialities - flying fish, dorado, snapper and kingfish, not forgetting the fishcakes. Other specialities are clam chowder, pumpkin chips and coconut chicken.
All these dishes are prepared with fresh herbs that are grown right here on the plantation. We pride ourselves on preparing healthy and wholesome food using the finest and freshest ingredients.
